As the initiator and co-creator of the intellectual creative house HELLODIA I provide legal support as an active Lawyer, Member of the Athens Bar Association, the oldest and most populous scientific Association of Greece in the Areopagus and the Human Rights Court of the Council of Europe. I offer reputable scientific legal services both to the Intellectual Creative Organization ELLODIA/ELLODIA and to any partner who wishes to do so. I am a PhD holder from the University of Paris Paris XI with a State Dissertation (Doctorat d’Etat) in Public International Law and more specifically on the subject “The International Civil Service Commission of the United Nations”, 1989, 559 pages…

I taught and continue to teach international law for several decades, with an emphasis on the law of war, human rights and the sovereign rights of states, at leading Greek and international universities, such as the Democritus University of Thrace, the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Law School of the University of Paris XI, the National School of Public Administration, the Diplomatic Department of the National School of Public Administration, the National School of Police Security and all the Schools of the Ministry of Public Order, the Military School of Hope and a number of other tertiary institutions in Greece and abroad in all of Epirus..

I have held numerous lectures at Greek and International Institutes and University Schools of Thought.

My authorship amounts to more than 20 scientific books and more than 30 literary books in the field of poetry, novels and theater.

I have international experience having served as an international election observer within the framework of the United Nations, the European Union and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, inspecting international elections in Ethiopia by Meles Zenawi (1992), in Cambodia by Prince Norodom Sihanouk in 1993, in Benazir Bhutto’s Pakistan in 1993 in collaboration with caretaker Prime Minister Moeen Keresi, Nelson Mandela’s South Africa in 1994, Mozambique in 1994, Ivory Coast in 1995, Albania in 1997 and 2009.

At the same time, I represented the Evelpidon Military School as a Professor of International Law at International conferences of the professors of NATO member countries.

Finally, I was fortunate enough to travel to more than 100 countries around the world as a researcher, observer and traveler, getting to know their legal systems and way of thinking.

Finally, as a scientific Associate and member of the Board of Directors of the Parnassos Philological Association, I organized and am organizing international scientific conferences in Greece and abroad on topics such as Alexander the Great, Thrace, the law of war, human rights, genocides, etc. My recent book entitled “Ukrainization of International Law 33 questions about a fratricidal war” is to be published by HELLODIA publications and posted electronically on this website in Greek, Russian and English.

My central motto, slightly paraphrasing Victor Hugo’s novel Les Misérables with John Agiannis as the central hero, is “the door of the pope and the lawyer must remain open twenty-four hours a day to every fellow human being tested”. You can therefore knock on our door day or night. I and my associates will be there awake and waiting to help you with any legal or human problem you may have.
